The lockers range in size and configuration. The smallest locker can accommodate a legal-sized letter, and the largest locker can hole a 30 x 36 x 24 package. Each design can be customized to fit the client’s needs.
The delivery process is as simple as your office staff providing quick access from their computer, which will give the delivery person access to the appropriate size locker. Once the package has been placed inside the locker, the delivery person enters the package recipient’s phone number. The recipient will then receive a text message notifying them of the delivery and providing a one-time password.
Recipients will receive a notification via email or cell phone once the delivery has been completed.
Lockers are typically installed in a commonly accessible part of the building such as a lobby, mail room, or reception area.
There is no maintenance required. The most common maintenance is software updates which occur automatically once the system is connected.
